Getting to know us
360 Health Systems Development Initiative (360 HSDI) is a nonprofit, non-governmental organization with a total of 129 permanent staff, and 902 ad hoc staff. We work in the development and humanitarian sector with the aim of supporting real-time efforts in addressing fundamental issues and challenges faced by vulnerable populace in developing countries. We implement our interventions programs with a host of partners, such as government agencies, bilateral and multilateral donors, civil society organizations. We work in hard-to-reach and underserved communities.
360 HSDI’s programs and interventions are funded through partnerships and collaboration with donor organizations, INGOs, civil society organizations, and government agencies.
We are dedicated to the lives and livelihood of our project beneficiaries. As a humanitarian organization, we ensure maximum value and impact through our interventions and sustainability approaches to drive growth post-project.
We work with the most vulnerable populations at the local level to improve their quality of life, irrespective of their beliefs and ideologies, we respect their humanity and treat them with dignity and kindness.
We support local communities, both internally and in our various programs. We understand the importance of teamwork among staff, and we ensure to work with key actors, stakeholders, and community champions throughout the lifecycle of our programs.
All our programs are designed with inclusion as a key pillar. We ensure gender, youth, and social inclusion across all stages of our project implementation. We believe that inclusive programming produces the greatest impact across differing communities.
We are committed to the excellent execution of activities in line with our deliverables. As such, we build a cycle of trust with our partners while working towards exceeding all our project objectives.

IMC – Humanitarian Activities
We constantly provide adequate products to hard-to-reach community in dire situations, with our supply chain, public health, and pharmaceutical experts providing technical and field guidance on needs assessment, thus meeting identified needs in the most sustainable way.
